I'm a guy in Dallas, Texas who likes photography, camping, cycling, astronomy, design, music, humor, technology and carrot cake. I work on Business Intelligence systems at an incentives and promotions company.
Sometimes I get too curious about things and end up taking them apart to see what they look like or how they work. Every now and then I even try little experiments (ex: Putting a digital thermometer in my car with the windows up on a hot August day and driving home from work with the A/C off - all because I wanted to know how hot it would get and what it felt like (By the way, the temperature hit 116º F and was still rising). Seems a little weird, I know. I just get curious sometimes.
Other than the few times I've felt like doing experiments or the occational disassembly of something, I like to research and explore the things that catch my interest.
What's Behind the Domain Name?
I had a hard time trying to determine a domain name. Finally, the word "budroe" (pronounced: bud-row) came to me from out of the past. Budroe was a word that I used to call my younger brother when he was about five years old. I think that I just created a derivative of "buddy" and for me, the word "budroe" was born. So, I'd call my brother "budroe" as in "Hey, budroe" and he'd get what I would call "fake mad" and yell "Mommmmmm...Todd called me budroe!!!" and then chase me around the house with his plastic Thundercats sword.
